About This Item:
Known for his witty and expressive t-shirts, Keith Moon was photographed in 1975 in his “Sha Na Na” lyrical tee while in Los Angeles recording new music with The Who.
Formed in 1964, iconic British rock group The Who's classic line-up is singer Roger Daltrey, Pete Townsend on guitar and vocals, John Entwhistle on base, and legendary drummer Keith Moon. One of the first Mod bands to emerge in the 1960s, The Who were famous for their raucous lyrics and wild stage shows. In their heyday, no guitar or drum kit was safe from The Who.
The Who adopted a Royal Air Force roundel as part of their logo, leading to the symbol's adoption as an icon of the Mod movement - and later Mod revival. Their music is also deeply influential to future generations, thanks to the pioneering work the band created with power chords, guitar feedback, synthesizers, and other techniques fundamental to modern rock.
This well loved favorite features a classic crew neck, long sleeves and superior combed and ring-spun jersey cotton. Solid colors are made from 100% Airlume combed and ring spun cotton, 32 single 4.2 oz, while Athletic Heather is made from 90% Airlume combed and ring spun cotton and 10% poly blend. Care Instructions: Machine wash cold, tumble dry medium and use non-chlorine bleach when needed.
